The Chief Cornerstone

In this midweek message, Pastor Gregory Pope continues teaching from the book of Nehemiah and 1 Peter, reminding us that we are the dwelling place of God and living stones being built into a spiritual house.

He emphasizes that Jesus is the Chief Cornerstone — everything in our lives must align with Him. When our lives are out of alignment, we lose our peace. Pastor Gregory also challenges us to practice the small things, especially kindness, and to speak the Word over ourselves instead of paying homage to the old nature.

You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, and a holy nation. God has called and appointed you for such a time as this. Let every gate be up, stay aligned with the Cornerstone, and let Christ live through you.
